the Povaleč festival
Jan Hendrych
We collaborated with the Royal Rangers Rescue Service in 2017 on the medical care of the Povaleč festival. This is a festival with three main stages and a variety of accompanying programs in the castle garden and surroundings in the village of Valeč in the Karlovy Vary region. Cooperation with the Royal Rangers brought us excellent experience and truly extremely professional festival care, which once again moved our festival forward. They brilliantly dealt with all cases, and in some cases, they provided more serious cases and professionally transferred them to medical facilities for further care. They also have accurate records of all cases, which were instructive for us.
Not only the medical care itself, but also their very helpful approach, good communication, their own inventions and suggestions for further improvement lead us to the fact that we will be very happy to cooperate with them in the coming years.
I would like to add my very good experience with their provision of the "Live to Twenty" training cycle of the Kolečko Foundation, which aimed to train high school students in road safety, accident prevention, and providing basic assistance. I believe that Kolečko itself will speak in more detail, but I myself was one of the lecturers of the training cycle and it was the very good experience with Royal Rangers that led me to the idea of trying to approach them about providing our festival.
Live to be twenty
Mgr. Jana Neusarová, Ph.D.
Members of the Royal Rangers Rescue Service team proved to be experienced partners in the implementation of the practical part of the traffic safety awareness project "Live to be 20" organized by the Kolečko Foundation and partners, as well as in previous projects for youth (for example, in the implementation of the preventive project "Preventive Train" organized by Czech Railways and partners). They used their knowledge and skills from training and completed medical training in an experiential form and encouraged participating high school students to actively intervene in a simulated accident in intensive cooperation with firefighters from the Post-Traumatic Care Team. This part was also evaluated by students and their teachers as one of the most beneficial during the project evaluation. In February 2016, they also commented on the "First Aid Knowledge Test" for the purposes of project evaluation and the educational material "First Aid" summarizing for the first time in an adapted graphic form first medical, psychosocial, legal and first spiritual aid. Cooperation with the Royal Rangers EMS service was therefore carried out at a professional level and I can recommend their services.

Friends,
thanks for everything you do. Whether it's your teaching activities in the field of first aid, where your courses are always full of real situations and not boring reading and watching a projector, or for the really demanding preparation for everything that can happen to us on the ropes, whether above or below the ground. Thank you for every child's smile that you can conjure up as part of the perfect cooperation in organizing leisure activities together, especially during our already traditional event Between Heaven and Earth, which we organize every year at the beginning of the holidays in Mariánské Lázně.
We wish you much success and many more successes :-)

The cooperation with the Royal Rangers rescue service at the Masiv cycling race went without the slightest problem. We appreciate the flawless and professional approach in all aspects, from communication to the implementation itself, and we highly recommend them for similar sporting events. We thank the Royal Rangers and look forward to further mutual cooperation.

We are very happy when one of our events is supported by Royal Rangers, because you are professionals with a human approach. The support at K50, where you monitored the entire route and checked our competitors, was priceless. At the National Endurance Races, the officials praised us for how great our rescuers are and where they said we got this service :-) The presence of Royal Rangers at our events is a guarantee for us that we will not get into any difficult situation and will always be able to provide our competitors with immediate help if necessary.

We have used the services of the ZS RR twice in recent years. Once we organized an interactive first aid course for local mothers, the second time a children's day at the beginning of the school year with adrenaline activities. Both events met with great public interest and managed to combine the pleasant with the useful - fun with supporting the resilience and preparedness of all generations to manage crisis situations. We appreciate the commitment of the service members, their unwavering enthusiasm and professionalism. And we look forward to further cooperation.

In 2009, I took part in the retraining course for the Rescue Medic with an extended focus on water rescue, especially with regard to its use in yachting, which I have been involved in for years. The main motivation was to gain the skills and self-confidence to be able to deal with the most common serious conditions myself and not be dependent on passively waiting for help to arrive. At sea, but very often elsewhere, help may not arrive on time. The course literally took my breath away with its scope, variety, imagination and especially usefulness. I would never have imagined that on the ridges of the Ore Mountains I would be credibly practicing rescue on board a ship in stormy weather. The main driving force is the incredible dedication, resourcefulness and absolute professionalism of the entire Royal Rangers staff. Thanks to this course, I was able to deal with various unexpected situations, including one of the most serious, in a way that I did not have to be ashamed of myself. Thanks to the RR team for that. Since then, I have attended several more courses at RR and I have always been amazed again and again by the approach of the people at RR. It is a joy to see someone who enjoys their extremely useful work and is top notch at it.

At the Height Specialist course, organized by the ZS RR, which my colleagues and I completed in 2015, we gained not only the knowledge necessary for safe work at heights, but also valuable practical experience in building high rope obstacles, and these attractive activities, which are very popular with children, can now be used within our own events. The opportunity to test the acquired knowledge in practice under professional supervision at events organized by the 15th PH RR and ZS RR was also very important to us, and we also greatly appreciate the regular annual examination of course graduates, thanks to which we can not only consolidate our knowledge, but also further develop it.
